Performance evening of conceptual pieces exploring structures, improvisation and the broad spectrum of sounding possibilities of breath-dependent instruments. Chris and Casey will each perform a solo, before they join together to perform as a duo.

Casey Moir is a vocalist interested in the multifaceted exploratory voice. She performs solo and in various constellations together with other musicians, artists and movers. With thoughtful precision and wild abandonment she seeks out connections that reveal the raw, brazen, delicate, unfettered, intuitive, fragile and inquisitive sounding qualities of the voice.

Chris Heenan is an active composer/performer and organiser of experimental music living in Berlin, Germany. Performing on saxophones, bass clarinet, contrabass clarinet and analog synthesizer in various, often experimental contexts, he investigates new musical forms, noise, and improvisation both in his solo work and in collaboration with composers, musicians, dancers, and visual artists.
