Artist Statement by Hoho Lin

In an isolated and divided space, where not a single exit lies, the human body is like flesh. Only screams and emotions like anxiety, fragility, morbidity, and loneliness are left unresolved. In that dim night scene, instead of being unable to find an outlet to scream, it was that the entrance could not be found. It turned out that there was no way to scream. With an uneasy mood, I pace back and forth and press the shutter, considering it a transformation between space and mark. Therefore, I realized that in the frame of the images, there was only me who stood and continued to look for the next inaccessible entrance.
