Oliver Projects Gallery is proud to present a solo exhibition of work by south east London-based artist Suzanne Moxhay.

Suzanne's complex images use archival or newly-taken photographs as their starting point. Combining techniques such as digital photomontage, painting, and model-making, her works explore derelict spaces that, in the artist’s words, ‘feel as though they have broken down and perhaps been re-claimed.’

Thresholds will feature several new limited edition prints by the artist. Including archival pigment prints and etchings, the exhibition will explore how Suzanne uses doors, windows and mirrors to fragment the scenes she creates and suggest - or project - what might lie beyond.

Suzanne studied at Chelsea College of Art and The Royal Academy Schools, graduating in 2007. She has exhibited widely, both nationally and internationally since 2002 and her work is held in many significant public and private collections including the University of the Arts Collection, The Royal Academy of Arts, The Cooper Union New York, and Oxford University. She has featured in numerous publications including The Guardian, The FT, A-N Magazine and Art World Magazine and has been profiled and interviewed on the BBC Culture Show. Oliver Projects has exhibited her work at the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair for the past four years and she has shown annually in the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition, London. Most recently, Suzanne’s work has been shown at Art Mumbai in India with Anupa Mehta Contemporary Art and in Aix-en-Provence, France, with Jean Louse Ramand Gallery. Oliver Projects was proud to show new work by Suzanne at the 2025 London Art Fair. Suzanne lives and works in south east London.
