The representative title "Hope" intends to underline the importance of Art as an element capable of narrating, through an artistic creation, a perspective of hope configured in contents linked by a common thread present in the exhibited works.
Palazzo Pisani Revedin, a historic jewel in the heart of Venice, hosts the exhibition entitled Hope, taking place at the same time as the 60th International Art Exhibition. From 25 July to 11 August, the exhibition curated by Anna Isopo focuses on the persuasive force that art arouses in the inner dimension of each of us.
The representative title intends to underline the importance of Art as an element capable of narrating, through an artistic creation, a perspective of hope configured in contents linked by a common thread present in the exhibited works.
The exhibition itinerary is defined by the different artistic languages and places art as a hope granted to the conscience by our contemporaneity.
The exhibition will develop across the rooms of Palazzo Pisani Revedin: six personal exhibitions and one collective exhibition will be displayed. Suzanne Anan creates figurative compositions that mostly have women as main subject; Josine Dupont is the author of works that symbolize the human search for something more; Kati Goldyn presents an installation which highlights the priestly mission of women; Haya Kim creates delicate paintings embellished with her inner reflection; Ursa Schoepper uses photography to transform what her eye can see with what her soul perceives; Francesco Calia, Antonio Carbone, Rita Mele, Luciano Puzzo and Annibale Vanetti work as five authors giving life to a unique exhibition with which they challenge the traditional paradigms and invite us to reflect and make profound considerations.
The collective exhibition will offer visitors a harmonious dialogue between different artistic productions created by Monica Di Bartolo, Antonio Esposito, Jana Kreft, Rebie Ramoso and Klára Sedlo.
Therefore, Hope intends to create an expressive dialogue which leads to profound perceptions for the observer.
The exhibition is sponsored by the ACCADEMIA TIBERINA.
