This Virtual Reality exhibition is based on ECC Performance Art's 2020 Performance Art Camp, organized in collaboration with G12HUB/Performance Hub. The Camp, which ran online, was comprised of a variety of elements aimed at equipping participants with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to stimulate their creativity and improve their performative practice.

The exhibition showcases a selection of the works created by participants of the 2020 Camp but also illustrates the various components and didactic premises the Camp was conceived around. In addition, the exhibition explores a number of general questions transgressing the frame of the Camp but relating the the discipline of performance art per se such as "Can performance art be taught? and if so, in how far does one need to rethink classic concepts of education? What constitutes an archive of performance art in the present when means of documentation and material is rendered ephemeral in itself?" Selected material and texts provide starting points for a consideration of the shifting paradigms created by the current Covid-19 pandemic and the challenges and opportunities presented by the virtual realm we are currently confined to.
