서울이라는 도시가 주는 편안하면서도 낯선 감정으로 바라본 시선 속 풍경들은 이중적 감정을 불러일으킨다. 그 풍경들은 내 시선에서 스쳐 지나가는 풍경들이면서 또한 나의 몸과 마음에 담겨있는 풍경이다. 그리고 그 풍경들은 나의 손을통해 화폭 안에 담긴다. 그 안에서 다뤄지는 표현 역시 평온하면서도 불편한, 말로는 표현할 수 없는 심리적 감정들의 나열이다. <위켄드, 문래예술공장>
