Covid confinement has inspired a diverse range of stunning portraits and observations about Motherhood, Superheroes, identity, and rituals past and present. The show is a celebration of black culture, perception and moving personal experience.

Asiko has created portraits of young people inspired by the movie posters of Marvels Black Panther.

Dexter McLean captures images of people living in Kingston – the town where he grew up.

Olufemi Olaiya explores 1960s fashion in Lagos, Nigeria and creates images of gallant African soldiers who fought in WW1 and WW2.

Adaeze Ihebohm presents images tracing the evolution of family identity from pre-colonial through to post-colonial times.

Keleenna Onjeaka looks at past male Igbo fashion and Contemporary Diasporic Masquerade representing Igbo culture.
