Spooky Camp Virtual Opening Reception Saturday, March 5 at 3PM

The tools of humor and fear, when used together, can speak to truth in poignant ways. One way to look at this is that some of the best horror movies are not only spooky but also very campy- perhaps they try so hard to be scary that they become funny. Artist and Curator Kendra Larson has gathered work of 35 artists that strikes that same balance between dark subjects and absurdity. She shines a light on the spooky dark corners of art practice in “Spooky Camp”.
