The Moving Image fair in 2017
Moving Image, the contemporary video art fair, was conceived to offer a unique viewing experience with the excitement and vitality of a fair, while allowing moving image-based artworks to be understood and appreciated on their own terms. The Moving Image fair, cofounded in New York in 2011 by gallerist Ed Winkleman and Murat Orozobekov to present video and film-based art, has entered a new dimension this year with the addition of virtual reality works.
Moving Image Fair featured a selection of international commercial galleries and non-profit institutions presenting single-channel videos, single-channel projections, video sculptures, and other larger video installations. For more information on the fair, you can check the link below.
