To approach my feelings about it, I dared to even more move away from my habits to explore other horizons: touching the canvas in a different way than with a brush & some paint, working on a sometimes kinetic weave (spiral or intermingled), placing mechanisms of a watch (such as a counterclockwise watch’s hand) and other elements directly on the canvas; all under an abstraction giving free rein to anybody to interpret it via her/his own intuition.

In times because rooted in our daily conception of time too, Ilham Laraki Omari invites the viewer to live,
To see, from the Soil to the Æther via Incandescence, Breaths, Times
As the collective intimacy is made of Heart, Breath & Flight.
